Responsibilities
Partner with Facilities Supply business group leadership to develop business plans
Conduct research and analysis of business opportunities
Evaluate geographic expansion opportunities
Collaborate on execution plans for markets in alignment with strategy
Planning and preparation of business proposals
Work closely with National Accounts and Regional teams
Act as liaison between Category Management and branches
Partner with Category Management to evaluate and select vendors
Lead all aspects of the development of key projects
Prepare documents and materials for meetings with potential clients
Maintain contact with key decision makers
Requirements
3-5 years’ of business development experience preferred
Construction, Multi-Family, Hospitality, Senior Living and/or Facility Maintenance industry experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience considered
Proven track record of attaining sales results
Passion for excellent customer service
Outstanding negotiating, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
