Responsibilities
Proactively source and qualify new leads via cold outreach, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across targeted industries and geographies.
Schedule and conduct introductory meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Negotiate favorable contract terms with prospective clients.
Ensure seamless progression from contract execution to active transaction flow.
Collaborate with internal teams to expedite onboarding and remove activation barriers.
Monitor outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics using CRM tools.
Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Partner with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and support lead generation campaigns.
Requirements
1–3 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Skilled at leveraging CRM platforms to manage candidate leads, track pipeline progress, and maintain detailed records; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technologies
Experience with Market Research Tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Data Analysis & Reporting: Basic – interpret sales metrics and dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superior organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
