About the role

  • Drive Performance Management and Business Development in Ultrasound Services for International Region (Europe and Growth) focusing on Channel Partners to secure profitable growth.
  • Collect and translate analytics insights into relevant improvement actions and oversee and lead programs and projects for Channel Partners.
  • Drive all Channel Partner related programs, promotions, and initiatives to ensure profitable growth.
  • Support and attend Channel Partner events and forums and coordinate Channel Partner training requests with the Global Education Team.
  • Monitor performance and develop/enable corrective actions in the International Region in line with BMC (Performance Management Calls) and AOP commitments.
  • Ensure business performance delivery according to KPIs such as yearly sales and order intake.
  • Collect and analyze market size, ASP, volumes, market share, growth trends and margin performance to project future trends and develop market approaches.
  • Support design and implementation of Ultrasound Services growth initiatives for Channel Partners.
  • Provide input to Global Ultrasound Services Team and Ultrasound Region Business Leader for business strategy and locally relevant service/value propositions.
  • Develop local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth.
  • Drive competitive analysis and enhance portfolio and strategies against competitors based on industry and customer insights.
  • Report to the Business Development and Performance Leader Ultrasound Services and collaborate with Region/Zone Business Leaders and Region/Zone Service Leaders.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of work experience in the relevant area.
  • Proven sales skills and experience working with Channel Partners in the International Region.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Services and Solutions Sales within a global and multicultural environment.
  • Broad understanding of the full range of business challenges and opportunities, as well as internal and external trends in services and solution delivery.
  • A degree or qualification in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong business management acumen, including experience in P&L management.
  • Ability to synthesize market analyses and customer feedback into effective commercial programs.
  • Proven senior leadership experience, ideally across multiple countries and markets.
  • Preferably, in-depth experience in the Health Systems industry.
  • Acts as a role model for our Leadership Asks, which include Philips behaviors.
  • Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within a matrix organization, fostering strong cooperation across markets, businesses and functions.
  • Skilled at aligning teams around common goals, leveraging the power of Philips beyond organizational structures, and taking ownership in line with the Philips Business System Framework.
  • Leads, coaches, directs and motivates teams toward shared objectives, while encouraging diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong customer intimacy, driven by a deep understanding of industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions to complex issues.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong sense of personal accountability for delivering outcomes.
  • Skilled in collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to leverage capabilities across internal and external boundaries to maximize value for Philips through simple, effective solutions.
  • A quality-first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
  • For office-based teams, willingness to work in-person at least 3 days per week.
