To establish new distributors and grow existing distributor to increase FUCHS market share with profitable growth in the Automotive Aftermarket B2C sectors.
Establish, recommend, and execute sales and marketing strategy to develop Indirect channel business in Thailand.
Achieve company’s sales goals within the assigned scope such as volume, proceed, margin and account receiving including others assigned.
Build a new client base of B2C customers with key focus on Automotive Aftermarket.
Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders and support team to meet all customer requirements and achieve the business result.
Establish and effectively manage ‘route to market strategy’ to fit with the company strategy.
Develop new sales activities to attract prospects. This includes product portfolio management, sell in/sell out promotions, marketing activities, pricing structure, and e – Commerce business.
Provide demand forecast on monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts to reflect with business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in suitable business-related fields.
5 & above years of experience preferably in automotive lubricants or allied FMCG, having strong experience in distributor management.
Self – driven and motivated, results – oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on value selling and business profit.
Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language.
Ability to travel extensively within Thailand.
