Inbound Business Development Representative nurturing marketing-generated leads, focusing on climate-related solutions at Climate X. Engaging with prospects on climate challenges and driving opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities
Own a high-volume pipeline of marketing-generated leads from the US and LATAM.
Serve as the first point of contact for Climate X, qualifying and nurturing opportunities quickly.
Uncover prospects’ climate-related challenges and educate them on how Spectra delivers value.
Progress qualified leads to discovery calls with Account Executives.
Manage approximately 250 active leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression.
Hand off qualified opportunities to the AE team after a discovery call; nurture non-ready opportunities until sales-ready.
Requirements
Previous experience in new business development and lead generation for a technology/SaaS product.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to exceed targets.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Spanish or Portuguese language skills (for LATAM engagement).
