About the role

  • Own a high-volume pipeline of marketing-generated leads from the US and LATAM.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Climate X, qualifying and nurturing opportunities quickly.
  • Uncover prospects’ climate-related challenges and educate them on how Spectra delivers value.
  • Progress qualified leads to discovery calls with Account Executives.
  • Manage approximately 250 active leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression.
  • Hand off qualified opportunities to the AE team after a discovery call; nurture non-ready opportunities until sales-ready.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in new business development and lead generation for a technology/SaaS product.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills (for LATAM engagement).
