Requirements

  • A reputation for reliability and professionalism—you show up, follow through, and lead by example.
  • Confidence in multitasking and using multiple monitors.
  • The ability to explain mechanical processes in a way anyone can understand.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
