About the role

  • Customer Service Analyst managing client orders and relationships for Suzano. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely order management.

Responsibilities

  • Control, maintain, critically analyze, and consolidate information related to the customers' order portfolio;
  • Develop a trusted relationship with internal and external customers;
  • Ensure compliance with conditions agreed upon with customers;
  • Contribute to excellent customer service;
  • Manage quotas and orders;
  • Monitor the order portfolio to ensure full order fulfillment (OTIF - On Time In Full);
  • Ensure achievement of the production rolling forecast;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress with expected graduation by 06/2026
  • Experience with SAP and Zendesk is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, SP
