Responsibilities
You support our team in planning and managing exciting projects, in particular the design of dealer qualification programs.
You also contribute to the initial implementation of new training concepts in train-the-trainer events and get to know the international BMW Motorrad training community.
In addition, you support the strategic development of performance management for Service, Parts and Accessories.
You also contribute to operational support in the aftersales business and liaise with external agencies, suppliers, international subsidiaries and central specialist departments of the BMW Group.
You assist in creating presentations and communication materials as well as preparing committees and workshops.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Economics/Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Interest in data-mining techniques and an affinity for numbers and data structures.
Strong teamwork and communication skills and analytical thinking.
Affinity for motorcycles.
Business-fluent German and English skills.
