Responsibilities
Responsible for providing education and awareness on The Hartford’s HR Technology solutions to internal and external stakeholders and clients
Assists in educating Sales Representatives on The Hartford’s current and future HR Tech strategy & integration roadmap and acts as a subject matter expert in support of inter-department sales training need and communications
Responsible for partnering with Director, Strategic Partner Solutions, Sales, and Marketing as an input on the go-to-market platform strategy
Represents The Hartford at key HR Technology regional and national meetings and conferences (including booth management and presentations)
Works with Hartford Marketing and other stakeholders to provide input into the production of platform collateral (e.g., flyers, videos, webinars, and more for internal and external presentations)
Supports Sales Education Team to position Sales Executives and Account Managers to develop individual business plans, leveraging our tech value proposition and story
Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends in the HR Technology market, assesses the impact, and collaborates with Partner Connections Director & AVP on proposed strategy refinements
Cultivates strong relationships with business partners necessary for effective cross-functional collaboration
Participates in and/or leads special projects
Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of prior Group Benefits or Tech industry experience preferred
Licensed in Life & Health preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel 50% of the time – regional as well as national travel expected
