Responsibilities
- Drive country HR support for our 500+ employees across our 7 locations in Finland.
- Work closely with HR Shared Services to ensure seamless delivery of HR services (onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle processes).
- Collaborate with and support our global HR teams incl. Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards (Compensation), People Analytics and People Connect (HR Shared Services).
- Ensure compliance with Finnish employment legislation and partner with managers to support employee relations cases effectively.
- Champion employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and cultural initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and improve employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Legal or related field.
- Proven experience in similar roles or HR BP roles, ideally with shared services (tiered delivery model) experience.
- Strong knowledge of Finnish employment law and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization and unionized environment.
- Excellent communication in Finnish and English.
- Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global and local teams.
- Team player, passionate about simplifying and standardizing end-to-end HR processes to improve both manager and employee experiences.
