Country HR Manager driving HR support for 500+ employees across 7 locations in Finland for a flavor, fragrance, and food ingredients leader.
Responsibilities
Drive country HR support for our 500+ employees across our 7 locations in Finland.
Work closely with HR Shared Services to ensure seamless delivery of HR services (onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle processes).
Collaborate with and support our global HR teams incl. Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards (Compensation), People Analytics and People Connect (HR Shared Services).
Ensure compliance with Finnish employment legislation and partner with managers to support employee relations cases effectively.
Champion employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and cultural initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and improve employee experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Legal or related field.
Proven experience in similar roles or HR BP roles, ideally with shared services (tiered delivery model) experience.
Strong knowledge of Finnish employment law and HR compliance requirements.
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization and unionized environment.
Excellent communication in Finnish and English.
Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across global and local teams.
Team player, passionate about simplifying and standardizing end-to-end HR processes to improve both manager and employee experiences.
