Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and the "candidate journey" from posting ads that stand out to ensuring a seamless interview experience.
Take the lead in organising our career events and presence at the Universities. You’ll be the face of Sandfield at uni career fairs!
Coordinating soft skills and technical training, tracking progress, and gathering feedback.
Planning company-wide events and social activities such as our monthly Fun Food events.
Adhoc projects, onboarding and HR administration that support the smooth running of the office.
