Responsibilities
Planejar, executar e gerenciar os canais de comunicação interna (calendarização, GG News, comunicados semanais) para as unidades de SP e Fortaleza.
Gerir e impulsionar a presença nas mídias sociais corporativas, garantindo engajamento e consistência de marca (Instagram e projeto de rebranding no LinkedIn) para SP, Fortaleza e Extrema.
Atuar como ponto focal na organização e execução de eventos internos e corporativos, incluindo Pré/Pit Stop, Fast Track e Happy Hours.
Desenvolver e implementar ações de endomarketing direcionadas à unidade de Fortaleza, fortalecendo cultura e engajamento interno.
Conduzir e garantir a experiência completa de Onboarding, desde a organização de agendas até a solicitação de crachás e entrega de kits de boas-vindas.
Requirements
Formado ou cursando Administração, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Marketing.
Perfil de organização e estruturação de projetos.
Boa comunicação com diferentes steakholders de senioridades diferentes.
Postura resolutiva e mão na massa.
