About the role

  • Ensure proofreading and validation of sales mandates and their amendments
  • Proofread and track preliminary sales agreements (compromis de vente)
  • Participate in filing and archiving of various documents
  • Respond to real estate advisors' questions regarding mandates and the follow-up of their sales

Requirements

  • Education: Bac +2 to Bac +3 (equivalent to 2–3 years post-secondary)
  • 2 years of experience in real estate
  • Organized, thorough, autonomous, and with excellent interpersonal skills
