Responsibilities
Administrative tasks: Receiving and handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence.
Analyzing requests and forwarding relevant information.
Administrative support to the Administrative and Financial department.
Management and liaison with our partners: Issuing and recording invoices.
Monitoring advances, reconciling accounts and updating accounting systems.
Preparing and executing bank transfers.
Client management: Monitoring accounts and updating accounting systems.
Monitoring disputes with the Legal department.
Participation in closings: Contribution to monthly, semi-annual and annual closings.
Reviewing and tracking accounting entries.
Other cross-functional tasks: Participating in the implementation of new procedures.
Contributing to GDPR compliance (applying personal data protection rules).
Occasional support to other departments as required.
Requirements
Diploma or experience in the administrative and accounting field (minimum: Baccalauréat/high school diploma or equivalent).
Proficiency with office tools (Excel) and accounting software (knowledge of SAGE is an asset).
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Autonomy, dynamism and respect for confidentiality.
