Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for clients, you are responsible for long-term support and strategic communication consulting for our pharmaceutical clients
You will monitor project performance with the aim of continuous improvement
You will use performance data to produce insightful analyses and reviews, which you present to the team and to clients
With a strategic perspective, you coordinate the performance elements of our pharma projects within the team and ensure targeted internal communication
Requirements
Several years of experience in online marketing, key account management and/or project management in a digital environment
Relevant industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector or agency environment
Strong communication skills and proven experience in building and managing client relationships
Excellent written and spoken German and a good command of English
