About the role

  • Key Account Manager focusing on growth and new business for Castrol’s Industrial Lubricants. Responsible for customer relationships and sales metrics across California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Leads regional growth agenda for Castrol’s Industrial Lubricants business
  • Identifies and closes new business opportunities with customers
  • Accountable for Volume and NSV at existing and new accounts
  • Develops account plans and updates regularly to ensure robust opportunity pipeline
  • Active manages prospect pipeline to convert opportunities
  • Builds strong customer relationships and addresses day-to-day requests
  • Organizes regular performance reviews to track benchmarks

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years industrial sales or relevant B2B sales
  • Expert in CRM and other digital sales tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Practical knowledge of metalworking products and industrial lubricants applications (preferred)
  • Experience in managing global or regional / trans-national key accounts
