Responsibilities
Gestión y seguimiento de la activación de clientes, necesidades de socios e incidencias.
Gestionar las comunicaciones con clientes y socios por teléfono y correo electrónico.
Mantener y actualizar los datos de los clientes en el sistema CRM.
Coordinación con el equipo de operaciones para garantizar la calidad del servicio.
Preparación de informes de ventas y seguimiento de los KPI de rendimiento.
Requirements
Licenciatura o diplomatura en Administración de Empresas, Ventas o campo relacionado.
Se valorará experiencia en un puesto administrativo o de apoyo a ventas
Sólidos conocimientos de herramientas MS Office
Proactivo/a, bien organizado/a, abierto/a a aprender rápido y con mentalidad orientada a objetivos
Nativo/a en español o en francés, (inglés es un plus!)
Experiencia con herramientas CRM (por ejemplo, Salesforce)
