About the role

  • Support the EU Issues Tracker BD team as a Sales Executive
  • Lead demos and pitches to executives
  • Strategically build, manage, and close deals in sales pipeline
  • Be responsible for closing a quota of new business
  • Strategically plan for account penetration
  • Actively and regularly attend industry events
  • Create thought leadership and sales enablement
  • Develop industry-specific policy expertise

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent (Ideally in European Politics or international relations)
  • 3-5+ years of B2B software or information services sales
  • Consultative approach to solutions selling
  • Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience pairing professional services with software
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Knowledge about European / International politics and policy and/or a strong eagerness to deepen your knowledge on the subject
  • Previous experience in the EU bubble, public affairs, and/or EU institutions a definite plus
  • Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a definite plus
