Responsibilities
Conduct active prospecting of new clients through phone calls and WhatsApp interactions to present, negotiate, and close sales of card readers (payment terminals), always seeking to offer solutions that meet the client's needs.
Manage the entire sales process, from negotiation to closure.
Perform post-sale follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting actions that encourage retention and potential additional sales.
Identify, explore, and prospect new business opportunities by analyzing the market and sector trends to contribute to the growth and expansion of the client portfolio.
Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, completed sales, and activities in the system, ensuring data accuracy for performance tracking and future relationship strategies.
Work aligned with the company's established sales targets, contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives and consistently striving to exceed performance expectations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Experience with digital sales, preferably with payment acquirers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.
Basic computer skills, such as Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
