Responsibilities
Ability to proactively build a book of business through outbound sales efforts
Focus on identifying target ICP customer accounts
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
Manage active sales pipeline while also improving Enterprise Sales processes
Become a product expert and understand all components of CodeRabbit
Effectively communicate specific benefits of CodeRabbit to solve customer needs
Requirements
Have had a closing and quota-carrying role for 5+ years
Be highly empathetic to customers
Possess technical competency to understand CodeRabbit’s software
Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work-ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working quickly and efficiently
A relentless pursuit to constantly learn and improve through coaching and collaboration
Familiarity with AI, developer, and open-source technologies (Bonus)
Experience in a Product Led Growth (PLG) company (Bonus)
