About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for building and scaling Enterprise Sales for CodeRabbit’s innovative Gen AI-driven software. Leading the sales cycle while collaborating with Founders and GTM Executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to proactively build a book of business through outbound sales efforts
  • Focus on identifying target ICP customer accounts
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
  • Manage active sales pipeline while also improving Enterprise Sales processes
  • Become a product expert and understand all components of CodeRabbit
  • Effectively communicate specific benefits of CodeRabbit to solve customer needs

Requirements

  • Have had a closing and quota-carrying role for 5+ years
  • Be highly empathetic to customers
  • Possess technical competency to understand CodeRabbit’s software
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work-ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable working quickly and efficiently
  • A relentless pursuit to constantly learn and improve through coaching and collaboration
  • Familiarity with AI, developer, and open-source technologies (Bonus)
  • Experience in a Product Led Growth (PLG) company (Bonus)
