Sales Executive responsible for B2B transport services. Focus on client acquisition and account management in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the sales process (prospecting, negotiating, closing, relationship building and account management) in the field for the products Sem Parar Empresas, Vale Pedágio and Sem Parar – user, aiming to expand the customer base and meet sales targets. Work across the entire state where based and in other states where there is no regional Sales Executive.
Operate as both Hunter and Farmer: prospect new clients and cultivate existing ones to grow the customer base, revenue and portfolio.
Ensure that every requested visit is attended to, carrying out visits or follow-up contacts as directed and ensuring customers are not left unattended.
Maximize conversions to our products among visited clients by being assertive in negotiations and offering the solutions that best fit the client according to company guidelines.
Increase revenue and manage customer friction when it occurs, resolving issues and providing support for problems raised by customers to avoid losing the account.
Manage the portfolio of customers under your responsibility: contact clients in your portfolio, remain available and ensure clients receive ongoing support.
Requirements
Essential requirements:
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;
Experience in B2B negotiation processes with large accounts;
Experience working with products that serve the road freight transport market;
Valid driver’s license (category B) and availability to travel;
Intermediate-level knowledge (basic to intermediate skills).
