About the role

  • Sell and promote Ford Accessories sales processes within the Ford Dealerships
  • Train, advise and support dealership personnel on Ford Accessories
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives tied to dealership performance
  • Consult with dealership managers to improve sales processes and profitability opportunities
  • Develop customized accessories displays and incentive programs
  • Engage in training dealership personnel on selling processes
  • Provide local accessory support for divisional & dealer events

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an entrepreneurial sales professional is desired
  • Basic understanding of dealership operations
  • Passion for working with and/or selling to dealerships
  • Expectation to work full-time in the dealerships within assigned geographical territory
  • Candidate should reside in proximity to assigned geographical territory
  • Degree from a 4-year College/University or equivalent experience is desired
