About the role

  • Senior Account Manager responsible for managing health & welfare benefits while developing relationships with clients. Ensures quality standards are met, supporting revenue growth through client expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned book of business
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients
  • Respond to day-to-day client inquiries
  • Prepare renewals and RFPs
  • Facilitate client meetings
  • Provide peer review for others on team

Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred
  • 4 - 7+ years of health & welfare experience
  • Client-facing experience in the employee benefit industry a plus
  • Knowledge of benefits administration
  • Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
  • GBA or CEBS Certification a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
