About the role

  • Senior Account Manager focused on client relationships and health & welfare benefits. Managing a personal book of business while developing strategies for client service improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned book of business and develop long-term client relationships
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide needed analytics
  • Prepare renewals and RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, and develop presentations
  • Proactively seek improvements to client service and identify process efficiencies
  • Facilitate client meetings and maintain client information accuracy

Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred
  • 4 - 7+ years of health & welfare experience
  • Client-facing experience in employee benefits industry
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and HealthCare Reform
  • Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
  • GBA or CEBS Certification a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
