Personal Lines Account Manager II at Greylock Insurance Agency assists clients with insurance options and claims. Responsible for client interactions, policy management, and meeting service standards.
Responsibilities
Performs any functions, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to clients
Gathers information to prepare quotes for underwriting
Discusses options/quotes and makes recommendations for policy suggestions/changes
Advises and assists customers in claims process
Takes ownership of assigned portfolio and provides excellent customer service
Annual review of policies including remarketing with other carriers
Handles new business clients from various sources
Achieves standards in up-selling/cross-selling policies
Cross-sells Greylock products to non-Credit Union members
Understands insurance concepts and explains contract terms
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Two+ years of insurance experience preferred
Successful completion of producer licensing within the first 3 months from date of hire
Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, customer service and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
