About the role

  • Empathetic Employee Experience Specialist enhancing workplace culture at Zowie. Responsible for initiatives that improve onboarding, retention, and overall employee experience in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and run initiatives that strengthen connection, belonging, and atmosphere across the company
  • Own and continuously improve onboarding
  • Run people growth and retention initiatives
  • Own and administer Zowie’s HRIS and benefits
  • Ensure Zowie’s offices are welcoming, functional, and thoughtfully arranged
  • Proactively identify gaps in the employee experience
