Lead the continued revenue growth of the Tesco and Ireland businesses
Unlock the strongest customer relationships, influencing decision makers
Developing and coaching the Senior National Account Manager
Deliver Best in Class Annual Account Plans including compelling JBPs
Ownership of the Tesco & Ireland P&Ls
Build strong multifunctional relationships with Category Management, Marketing, Product Development, Shopper Marketing, Operations and Finance
Requirements
Minimum 10 years relevant experience leading large and multiple Grocery accounts
Proven ability to drive strategic relationships with senior counterparts on the retailer side
Experience of managing direct reports and delivering through others
Strong commercial mindset with a retailer/shopper first approach
Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME
Excellent P&L understanding, data and analytical skills
Highly organised with ability to prioritise their workload effectively
