  • Sales Leader managing revenue growth for Tesco and Ireland at a fast-growing FMCG brand. Leading strategic accounts and developing relationships to achieve commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the continued revenue growth of the Tesco and Ireland businesses
  • Unlock the strongest customer relationships, influencing decision makers
  • Developing and coaching the Senior National Account Manager
  • Deliver Best in Class Annual Account Plans including compelling JBPs
  • Ownership of the Tesco & Ireland P&Ls
  • Build strong multifunctional relationships with Category Management, Marketing, Product Development, Shopper Marketing, Operations and Finance

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience leading large and multiple Grocery accounts
  • Proven ability to drive strategic relationships with senior counterparts on the retailer side
  • Experience of managing direct reports and delivering through others
  • Strong commercial mindset with a retailer/shopper first approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME
  • Excellent P&L understanding, data and analytical skills
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise their workload effectively
