Senior HR Specialist managing HR operations for ZF Automotive. Overseeing onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement initiatives across multiple locations in Thailand.
Responsibilities
Manage HR daily operations including onboarding, new hire paperwork, training, payroll Data, HRIS, performance management, and offboarding
Provide payroll-related data including attendance, leave, overtime, shift allowances, etc.
Maintain HRIS Employee data accuracy and integrity
Prepare and deliver weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly HR reports for local and regional stakeholders
Work closely with the Country HR Manager in Thailand to collaborate and support business leaders across Chonburi, Rayong, and Bangkok
Coordinate with Operations to organize training sessions and maintain training records for audit purposes
Support performance management cycles and employee development initiatives
Foster employee morale and engagement through various activities and initiatives and internal communications
Ensure local practice compliance with Thai labor laws and ZF Group policies
Travel required to serve the three legal entities, meet with employees, and provide on-site HR support
Provide site administrative services such as annual health checkups, uniforms, employee welfare support, and other location-specific HR needs, including managing visa and work permit processes with external agents from initiation through to obtaining the work permit license.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably across multiple sites or legal entities
Experience with payroll data accuracy, HRIS systems, and employee lifecycle management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across locations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar)
Strong Data Analyze and attention to detail
Ability and willingness to travel regularly between Chonburi, Rayong, and Bangkok.
