About the role

  • Talent Management Specialist at Hook + Ladder recruiting exceptional candidates for fast-paced tech teams. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, communities, and outbound strategies.
  • Identify and engage top talent for roles in key roles like Growth & Performance (ads + email), Content, Graphic Design, and Client Success Managers.
  • Conduct structured screening interviews to evaluate technical skill, role fit, and culture alignment.
  • Provide clear written assessments and recommendations supported by insights and red flags.
  • Maintain a clear, respectful, and timely candidate experience.
  • Ensure candidates understand the process, expectations, and next steps at every stage.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and external recruiting partners.
  • Provide direction, feedback, calibrations, and continuous updates to keep hiring aligned and efficient.
  • Coordinate meaningful team member experiences across the company, including logistics for team trips or cross-city visits, global welcome packages for new hires, and appreciation and recognition initiatives and organize agendas, and follow-ups on company-wide meetings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition positions.
  • Have experience recruiting for digital marketing, creative, or tech teams.
  • You’re skilled at headhunting and love using LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive outreach to find hidden talent.
  • You’re confident conducting structured screening interviews and assessing candidate fit.
  • You’re organized with excellent follow-through, documentation, and attention to detail.
  • You enjoy learning about different digital and creative roles.
  • You bring a positive, proactive attitude and high energy to your work, and people naturally trust you.
  • You build strong relationships and create genuine connections with candidates, managers, and hiring partners.
  • You’re comfortable working at a fast pace and managing shifting priorities.
  • You speak and write fluent English (C1+).
  • You stay curious, adapt quickly, and are Tech-savvy.
