About the role

  • HR Coordinator supporting HR initiatives and managing projects at Endeavour Solutions. Aiming for excellence in HR systems and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and administration of systems supporting foundational HR programs, including HRIS employee data and benefits administration.
  • Assist with an HRIS implementation project, including data transfer, configuration, and validation.
  • Support recruitment activities such as conducting reference checks and scheduling interviews.
  • Process and maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation in compliance with legislation and HR best practices.
  • Provide information and guidance to employees to support understanding of corporate and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and support analytics and reporting activities.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare employment letters, monthly newsletters, and other HR communications.

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting HR programs, systems, or implementations.
  • Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or BambooHR a strong asset.
  • CHRP designation in progress a strong asset.
