About the role

  • HR Services Specialist ensuring high-quality HR experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Supporting HR administration and collaborating closely with HR managers and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle
  • Ensure a smooth and high-quality HR experience for employees
  • Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP)
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits)
  • Support line managers and employees on HR topics in Dutch and English
  • Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus)
  • Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss)
  • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities
  • Collaborate closely with HR BPs, managers, and other departments

Requirements

  • Education in Human Resources or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment
  • Very good understanding of the employee lifecycle
  • Very good understanding of HR Process and systems (SAP Success Factor)
  • Proficient in Dutch and English
  • Experience with Dutch labor law, administration and payroll is very nice to have
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • High customer orientation and service thinking
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially in excel)
