About the role

  • HR Business Partner providing strategic HR advice and international recruitment support for global teams. Involves managing HR strategies and collaborating with leadership across international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic advice and support for our global sales organizations and their HR and leadership teams
  • Execution and support of international recruitment processes for management positions
  • Development and implementation of HR strategies, programs and processes (e.g., Talent Management, Onboarding, Workforce Planning, etc.)
  • Analysis and preparation of relevant HR reports and KPIs to support strategic actions and decision-making in cross-divisional coordination
  • Participation in and implementation of global HR projects, as well as training for managers
  • Management and coordination of international localizations and employee secondments/expatriations in close cooperation with local HR teams, taking into account country-specific employment law frameworks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with additional HR qualification or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on HR
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, recruiting and/or project management — ideally in an internationally operating corporation
  • Proficient in common HR systems and MS software
  • Knowledge of global HR processes and cross-organizational collaboration with an international focus
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, with an independent, structured and service-oriented working style
