Responsibilities
Advising and supporting employees and managers on all HR-related matters
Responsible for HR administration from onboarding to offboarding (employment contracts, references, master data maintenance, etc.)
Support in recruitment, job postings and applicant management
Contribute to HR projects, e.g., in employer branding, learning & development, or digitalization
Preparation of payroll and social insurance data (in collaboration with our external partners)
Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies
Requirements
Completed degree in economics, business administration, business/organizational psychology or a similar qualification (preferably with a focus on HR)
HR specialist certification (Switzerland), completed commercial apprenticeship or vocational training in HR services
Some professional experience in HR is a plus — but career starters are also welcome
Knowledge of Swiss or German employment law (depending on location)
Structured, service-oriented and trustworthy approach to work
Enjoy working in a team, strong communication skills and an interest in varied tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English for working in an international environment
High degree of independence, personal responsibility and team spirit, especially in virtual team settings
