About the role

  • HR-Specialist supporting employees and managers in HR-related matters while working in a international team at zetcom group. Focused on HR administration, recruitment, and compliance in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting employees and managers on all HR-related matters
  • Responsible for HR administration from onboarding to offboarding (employment contracts, references, master data maintenance, etc.)
  • Support in recruitment, job postings and applicant management
  • Contribute to HR projects, e.g., in employer branding, learning & development, or digitalization
  • Preparation of payroll and social insurance data (in collaboration with our external partners)
  • Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies

Requirements

  • Completed degree in economics, business administration, business/organizational psychology or a similar qualification (preferably with a focus on HR)
  • HR specialist certification (Switzerland), completed commercial apprenticeship or vocational training in HR services
  • Some professional experience in HR is a plus — but career starters are also welcome
  • Knowledge of Swiss or German employment law (depending on location)
  • Structured, service-oriented and trustworthy approach to work
  • Enjoy working in a team, strong communication skills and an interest in varied tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English for working in an international environment
  • High degree of independence, personal responsibility and team spirit, especially in virtual team settings
