Responsibilities
Provide support and advice to employees and managers on all HR-related matters
Manage HR administration from onboarding to offboarding (employment contracts, references, master data maintenance, etc.)
Support recruitment, job postings and applicant management
Contribute to HR projects, e.g. in employer branding, talent development or digitalization
Prepare payroll and social insurance data (in cooperation with our external partners)
Ensure compliance with legal and internal policies
Requirements
Degree in economics, business administration, organizational psychology or a similar qualification (preferably with a focus on HR)
HR professional certificate (Switzerland)
Completed commercial vocational training or training in personnel services
Initial professional experience in HR is a plus — but entry-level applicants are also welcome
Knowledge of Swiss or German employment law (depending on location)
Structured, service-oriented and trustworthy work approach
Enjoy working in a team, communicating and handling varied responsibilities
Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken, for work in an international environment
High level of independence, personal responsibility and teamwork, including in virtual/remote team settings
