Responsibilities

  • Support in planning, organizing, running and following up on workshops
  • Support for global projects and people development initiatives
  • Preparation of presentations and communication materials
  • Conducting engaging research on innovative HR/talent development topics

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or a comparable field
  • Minimum internship duration of 6 months
  • Previous practical experience in HR or talent/people development is a plus
  • Interest in HR with a focus on people/talent development
