Responsibilities
Launch and maintain acquisition campaigns — from creation to continuous optimization across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo and other top- and mid-funnel channels.
Manage partnerships, affiliates and portals that generate qualified traffic, monitoring the performance of these channels and making adjustments as needed.
Control and track budgets allocated to each channel under your responsibility, ensuring investments are well directed.
Collect data and produce comprehensive reports, converting numbers into strategic insights that demonstrate the performance of awareness and acquisition campaigns.
Constantly test hypotheses — run creative, audience and channel tests to optimize results and maximize return.
Create content briefings, aligning the creative team with the objectives of top- and mid-funnel campaigns and ensuring consistency of messaging.
Collaborate with branding and performance teams to ensure a cohesive strategy between visibility and conversion.
Monitor market trends and benchmarks, bringing new ideas, references and innovations to improve acquisition and branding campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics or related fields;
Analytical profile, data-oriented and with a hands-on attitude;
Excellent command of Portuguese (written and spoken);
Willingness or strong desire to learn data analysis;
Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads;
Familiarity with Google Analytics;
Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, and/or Microsoft Office (good level of Excel);
Interest in strategies for attracting new users and building the conversion funnel.
Differentials:
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications;
Meta Ads certifications;
Basic knowledge of SQL;
Understanding of the digital marketing funnel (top, middle, bottom) and awareness KPIs;
Experience with branding campaigns or campaigns aimed at generating qualified traffic;
Interest in CRO (click-through rate optimization, CTR) for paid media creatives.
