Responsibilities
Develop and implement a forward-looking marketing strategy for the Austrian market
Design and execute targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness
Analyze market, customer, and competitor data and derive relevant actions
Develop and optimize customer segments, customer journeys, and CRM activities
Take ownership of the further development and customization of Salesforce for the Austrian market
Ensure optimal integration of Salesforce into marketing and sales processes
Closely coordinate with all business units regarding planning, budgets, and KPI management
Responsible for budget and marketing controlling
Coordinate events such as trade shows and specialist conferences
Foster a cross-cultural and innovative team culture
Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing and/or agribusiness
Experience in strategic and operational marketing (online & offline), ideally in the agricultural sector
Strong understanding of the connection between marketing and business strategy
High IT affinity and responsibility for the development of Salesforce and CRM systems
Independent, goal-oriented working style with pronounced initiative and decisiveness
Excellent communication skills in German and English and experience in international collaboration
Willingness to travel (approx. 5–10%, international) and a valid Class B driving license
