About the role

  • Senior Marketing Manager responsible for driving demand generation in public sector technology. Leading integrated campaigns and team management for measurable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Senior Marketing Manager responsible for operational execution of integrated demand programs
  • Daily oversight and execution of high-quality integrated campaigns (email, paid, social, content syndication, events, webinars, ABM)
  • Manage end-to-end lead flow across SDRs and sales teams
  • Build and maintain nurture programs and cadences tailored to buyer journeys
  • Collaborate with SDR leadership to refine qualification guidelines
  • Oversee and support the coordination of regional events and sector conferences
  • Align with wider marketing team members including digital, inbound, product marketing and content teams
  • Proof-read and add value to content
  • Drive client engagement strategies
  • Join regular Go-to-market meetings with cross-departmental collaboration
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of demand generation managers
  • Translate annual demand strategy into quarterly/monthly campaign calendars, budgets, and resourcing plans

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years in B2B demand generation, including team leadership (2+ years managing marketers)
  • Proven experience executing multi‑channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for complex, multi‑stakeholder sales motions
  • Familiarity with B2B technology highly advantageous, marketing to public sector
  • High proficiency with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, CRM (Salesforce), and analytics; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Data‑savvy: able to analyse, attribute, and optimise based on funnel metrics; comfortable presenting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
