Responsibilities
- Responsible for a variety of mandates related to EDM, payroll and travel processing requests.
- Processing payroll and working closely with German customers, answering their queries and providing solutions within the SLA.
- Assist the internal team (process experts) in understanding the German language to achieve team targets.
- Actively support in translating documents from German to English and vice versa.
- Maintenance of organizational structure.
- Preparation and delivery of reports.
- Train and guide other team members.
- Performing any additional tasks linked to the primary scope of the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpreting, or related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience related experience would be added advantage.
- Proficient in German language (B2,C1).
- SAP experience would be added advantage.
- Enjoy communication with clients.
