About the role
- HR & Payroll Controller ensuring accurate payroll and compliance for Grolsch brewery. Collaborating with HR and Finance teams on payroll processes and regulations.
Responsibilities

- Controleer je de HR- en salarisadministratie
- Zorg voor gestandaardiseerde rapportage en analyse
- Stem je af met de fiscus over de uitvoering van diverse regelingen
- Bewaak de compliance op sociaal en fiscaal gebied (TCF)
- Voer zelfstandig het payrollbudgetteringsproces uit in afstemming met HR Business Partners & Controllers.
- Adviseer en coach het HR-team op het gebied van loonkostenberekeningen, belastingen, sociale verzekeringen, pensioen en subsidies.
- Rapporteer hiërarchisch aan de Compensation & Benefits Manager.
Requirements
- Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in relevante richting, bij voorkeur HR of Bedrijfskunde;
- Minimaal 5 jaar HR/Payroll ervaring, bij voorkeur bij een multinational;
- Je bent een Excel-expert en je hebt kennis van HR-systemen;
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift;
- Een afgeronde PDL en/of VPS-opleiding is een pre.
