Responsibilities
You analyze target audiences for our clients and develop deep insights that serve as the foundation for powerful creative concepts.
You monitor trends, conduct independent analyses, and track how usage of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn is evolving.
You create compelling storylines and user-argumentation chains by designing creative concepts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Display, and YouTube ads.
You design psychologically informed customer journeys that engage users at the right moments, persuade them sustainably, and conclude in conversions.
Together with our Creative and Performance teams, you optimize the customer experience and connect data-driven performance marketing with sales psychology.
You write highly targeted, outstanding copy for our clients that truly hits the mark.
Requirements
You have solid experience conceptualizing creative social media campaigns — ideally as an Art Director or Creative Strategist.
You have a genuine growth mindset, thrive in start-up dynamics, and view new challenges as opportunities for development.
You can quickly grasp complex issues and readily put yourself in the shoes of different target groups to write persuasive advertising copy.
You have very good German and good English skills.
You want to grow both professionally and personally — and do so in a team of A-players where you make real impact.
