About the role

  • Brand Manager for YUM! leading marketing strategies and campaigns in Germany. Responsible for driving brand awareness and commercial success while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Be the strategic and commercial business owner to deliver a marketing strategy that super-charges our retail footfall to our restaurants and grows our brand perception:
  • You will lead key national campaigns from defining phase to execution to create big ideas that will scale the fame of the brand over time.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on below and above-the-line campaigns, managing creative agency partners and influencing stakeholders. From TV to POS, we’re looking for someone who wants accountability and can manage the full marketing mix.
  • Develop the annual brand calendar with support from the EU Marketing Team, locally relevant creative execution across all channels for the German market.
  • Manage creative, media and digital agencies to deliver high-quality, culturally relevant work.
  • Bring deep understanding of German culture and consumer behaviour to shape brand strategy.
  • Support franchisees with local store marketing, new store openings and activation planning.
  • Elevate YUM!’s digital presence in collaboration with digital and social teams.
  • Partner with Operations, Development, Supply Chain and Technology to ensure integrated market delivery.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in brand management or consumer marketing.
  • Experience managing end-to-end campaigns and external agencies.
  • Strong cultural understanding of Germany.
  • Creative thinker with strong commercial judgement.
  • Fluent in German & English.
  • Collaborative, energetic and comfortable working across markets.
