About the role

  • Brand Manager for DulcoLax driving brand strategy and performance in Austria, Belgium, and Switzerland. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging market insights to optimize brand success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized brand strategies for Austria, Belgium, and Switzerland.
  • Own the brand P&L, driving sales and profitability through effective marketing, pricing, and innovation strategies.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Adapt and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee the product portfolio, ensuring optimal market fit and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand management, ideally within OTC, FMCG, or healthcare sectors.
  • Knowledge in managing P&L and working in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple markets effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven, consumer-centric marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across cultures and functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and/or French is required; Dutch is a plus.
  • English is the working language.
