Responsibilities
Develop and execute localized brand strategies for Austria, Belgium, and Switzerland.
Own the brand P&L, driving sales and profitability through effective marketing, pricing, and innovation strategies.
Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Adapt and implement omnichannel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.
Oversee the product portfolio, ensuring optimal market fit and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Proven experience in brand management, ideally within OTC, FMCG, or healthcare sectors.
Knowledge in managing P&L and working in a matrixed, international environment.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple markets effectively.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven, consumer-centric marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across cultures and functions.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Fluency in German and/or French is required; Dutch is a plus.
English is the working language.
