Responsibilities
Convert leads in IBMEC's sales funnel, especially MBA and postgraduate programs, by managing candidate portfolios and conducting active (outbound) and receptive (inbound) contact with prospects.
Act as an ambassador for the IBMEC brand in all outreach.
Prospect leads/students through social media.
Proactively engage internal provider teams (squads, website, enrollment office, etc.) to stimulate demand generation (leads).
Prepare reports on completed sales and reasons for candidate refusals or non-purchases.
Maintain an executive, corporate demeanor and language during sales interactions to build rapport with candidates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Experience in sales roles and managing a client/account portfolio.
Strong communication skills.
Customer-oriented with a results-driven focus.
Negotiation skills.
Experience working in an office/corporate environment.
Previous sales experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools — intermediate level.
Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
