About the role

  • Manage regional partnerships and operations at YDUQS, focusing on educational growth and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with teams to improve performance and ensure effective project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage the region’s network of partner centers with a close, consultative and results-oriented approach, ensuring sustainable performance and alignment with corporate guidelines;
  • Plan, lead and execute regional strategic projects focused on student recruitment, retention and sustainable base growth;
  • Ensure partner center satisfaction and the financial health of the regional operation by monitoring performance indicators and implementing corrective actions when necessary;
  • Develop, train and manage the field team, promoting high performance, engagement and excellence in executing regional strategies;
  • Analyze the regional market and competitive landscape, identifying expansion opportunities, risks and competitor moves;
  • Design, implement and monitor strategies to increase market share, enhance competitiveness and strengthen the brand in the region;
  • Monitor operational and commercial KPIs, translating data and analysis into executive decisions and strategic action plans;
  • Ensure correct implementation of processes, policies and institutional guidelines across partner centers and regional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Business, Strategy or related areas is a plus;
  • Experience in management, preferably in operations;
  • Experience analyzing indicators, with a strong results orientation and data-driven decision-making;
  • Analytical capability and strategic vision to identify growth opportunities and optimize regional operations;
  • Previous experience in the education sector is a plus.
