Responsibilities
Perform initial triage and diagnosis of IT tickets (Level 1);
Resolve incidents and quick service requests, ensuring proper logging and documentation;
Create user accounts and provision access to systems;
Manage processes involving IT and HR related to people management (onboarding, transfers, terminations, vacations and leaves);
Configure and support computers, peripherals, printers and other network devices;
Install and configure software and guide users on operation and usage;
Perform basic printer maintenance and replace consumables;
Assist users with videoconferencing and telephony systems.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or a related field.
Mandatory knowledge and skills:
Previous experience providing user support;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, focused on supporting employees and producing technical documentation for the knowledge base;
Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems (basic support);
Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams);
Office 365: user and group administration, email management, password resets, account lock/unlock;
Active Directory (AD): user administration, password resets, account lock/unlock;
Basic knowledge of computer networks (broadband modems, wired and Wi‑Fi connections);
Installation and configuration of common software (Adobe, Corel, PDF readers, browsers such as Chrome, government systems and other commonly used applications);
Installation and configuration of peripherals (headset, webcam, keyboard, mouse and monitor).
Desired knowledge: ITIL, HDI SCA or other IT-related certifications.
