In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in Operations Management
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Able to apply a continuous improvement mindset to procedures and processes
Experience with planning and establishing operational objectives for a team with impact on department results
Understands management and lean approaches and has practical knowledge of job area
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools and Outlook
