Responsibilities

  • Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines
  • Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment
  • Prepares ingredients by measuring and mixing food items
  • Safely uses utensils and operates equipment
  • Bakes, roasts, and uses various cooking methods
  • Arranges and portions food according to guidelines
  • Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment
  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor

Requirements

  • Experience as a cook or in a related role required
  • Validated knowledge of food preparation principles
  • Ability to acquire food safety certification
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • May require uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
