About the role

  • Key Account Manager enhancing customer relationships and identifying upselling opportunities in a digital marketing agency. Engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction and facilitate pitches for new business.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic management and development of an assigned client portfolio
  • Proactively identifying growth and development opportunities
  • Independent responsibility for pitches and RFPs
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Close collaboration with internal teams and specialist departments
  • Negotiating contracts and commercial terms
  • Building and expanding long-term partnerships with C-level decision-makers
  • Representing MAIxpose360 at events

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the digital space (e.g., online marketing, digital sales, consultancy)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a confident presence
  • Business acumen and aptitude for strategic consulting
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Fluent German (C2 level); good English is an advantage
  • Independent, reliable and goal-oriented working style
  • Enthusiasm for direct client contact
