About the role

  • PR Coordinator at Sundae Creative, specializing in integrated communications and influencer marketing. Collaborating with teams to craft pitches and manage client PR strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effortlessly with our team to create and execute innovative communication strategies that align with both our clients’ and our brand's vision and goals.
  • Master the art of pitching by crafting persuasive media pitches and press releases, positioning our clients in front of the right audiences, and contributing to the execution of high-impact press events.
  • Monitor media coverage to track the success of pitches and ensure that our clients' stories are being accurately represented across all channels, providing timely updates to the team.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with media outlets, creating authentic, long-term partnerships that enhance our brand's reputation and amplify our clients' stories.
  • Manage and refine media lists with precision, ensuring our messaging reaches the right people for maximum impact.
  • Stay on top of trends by identifying new PR opportunities and contributing fresh, creative ideas to projects and partnerships.
  • Keep us informed by generating monthly and annual reports that provide actionable insights and metrics to assess the effectiveness of our PR efforts.
  • Stay organized and efficient by maintaining our PR and social media tracker using the latest tools and software, ensuring all updates are accurate and timely.

Requirements

  • Between 1 and 2 years of hands-on experience, gained through internships and permanent roles—ideally within an agency setting.
  • You’ve already made your mark in the PR world, and you’re eager to continue growing and contributing!
  • Pitching is second nature to you—you have experience crafting compelling pitches that grab the media’s attention and position clients for success.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or Communications is preferred, but not mandatory—we also value diverse disciplines!
  • Fluency in both written and spoken French and English is required for this role.
  • You’re a true team player with grit, always ready to go above and beyond to support your colleagues and ensure the success of the team.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment—you’re energized by hustle and bustle, and love making things happen.
  • You’re highly organized and love getting the details just right.
